The Firm

Ola Olanipekun & Co. (Prime Chambers), Firm of Legal Practitioners, was established on September 5, 1988 and duly registered under the Business Names Registration Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We recently rebranded and registered as a partnership under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2021, in our new name Ola Olanipekun, SAN & Co. (Prime Chambers), LLP.

Since September 5, 1988, our legal practitioners and Consultants, who are Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, have been of tremendous impact in the management and operations of our long list of clients, in terms of establishment of structures, compliance with governance regulations, recovery of dues, enforcement of security, labour and manpower, reparation and repatriation of returns on investment (ROI), advocacy on diverse matters, both at trial and appellate jurisdiction.

Our founder, Mr. Ola Olanipekun, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1986, having obtained a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of Lagos in 1985. In the course of decades of active practice, Mr. Ola Olanipekun has distinguished himself in the legal profession and acquired a wealth of experience, spanning virtually the whole gamut of legal practice and consultancy.
